Our first proper home-made stack of pancakes. After one or two weedy attempts at making and eating American pancakes we’ve found that the key to not getting too full too soon and tapping out too early is to wait until you have made ALL the pancakes in a stack like this and then cover it with maple syrup and eat the whole thing in one go, no breaks. By the time you realise you’re actually very full it’s too late and you’ve eaten the whole thing and are well on your way to developing digestive problems.
